THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:—
The indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong. Weather probably cool and changeable, hut thei-e is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather soon. The night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland. The barometer has a rising tendency. Tides good, seas rough swell.
