The High Commissioner's cable, dated 2nd instant, reads: — Manila market easier; J grade near sold £32. Sellers quote Aug-ust-Oetober shipments down to £3l. New Zealand market dull, more of-:, fering but at prices above those of second-hand sellers. Nominal value, high points Auguat-October shipments, £32, fair £3O 10s.
