RE-OPENING OF MINES.
DECISION IN NOVA SCOTIA. COR PORATIt >N S TERMS ACCEPTED. HALIFAX (Nova Scotia). Sept. 1. Ten thousand Nova Scotia miners have accepted the wages offer by the British Empire Steel Corporation, ending the two weeks' strike. The troops have been ordered io evacuate the properties. There has been three-quarters ol a million dollars wage loss, and also loss oi output of a quarter of a million tons. A. and N.Z. cable.
