HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 2&th ins'L, reads: —“Hemp, manila market, steady early this Aveek, but Aveaker towards close with sellers, ‘G’ grade, AugustOctober shipments, £34 10s; ‘J’ grade £32 but no buyers. NeAV Zealand market quiet. Selim's quote high points, August and October shipments at £33, fair at £3l ss.
