REBELS LYING' IN AMBUSH. LONDON, Aug. 21. All semblance of open warfare between the Free State and the-rebels lias ended. From Donegal to Cork, every city and important township is in the hands of the Government. The rebels are living the lives of bandits, conducting guerilla warfare and lying in ambush.—A. and N.Z. cable.
