THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for variable and moderate breezes but southerly moderate winds preaviling and veering by west to north, then freshening. Therefis a prospect of fair weather with 'increasing haze and cloudiness for change in the beginning of the week. Barometer falling after about 24 hours. Seas heavy; tides good.
