HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 19th ins't., reads: <f Hemp, pianila market, quiet and steady. ‘J’ grade, August-Oetober shipments, sold at £32. Sellers present quotations are: ‘G’ August-Oetober shipments £34 15s; ‘H’ £33 15s; ‘J’ £32 ss. New Zealand market quiet but firmly held. High points spot sold at £34; sellers quote AugustOetober shipments, high points, at £33 ss, fair £3l 10s.
