TENNIS CLUB BALL.
The local Tennis Club ball held in the Town Hall on Thursday night was a great success from every point of view. The interior of the hall was artistically decorated with greenery and streamers. ' The floor -pace was fully occupied, presenting a very animated and pleasing -ighL Air E. Shaw, the indefatigable secretary, carried out the duties of M.C. The chaperons were Mosdames W. E. Barber, Alex. Boss, Me Murray and C. Robinson. The music was supplied by Larkins’ full orchestra. t Visitors were present from all iKirts of the district. The supper arrangements were in the hands of a capable committee. During the evening the Rev. W. H. Walton (president of the club) presented the trophies -won by club members during the season.
