SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BYLAWS. ■NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act 1920, and all other Acts empowering it, the Foxton Borough Council by way of Special Order, hereby makes and ordains certain bylaws for the Borough o,f Foxton, to take effect as from the 14th August 1922. The object or purport by the Bylaws is as follows: —- PART. 1. Introductory. 2. Regulating and restricting traffic on streets and defining offences. 3. Providing for the issue of licenses for vehicles. 4. Defining and regulating heavy traffic. 5. Providing for the licensing of hawkers. 6. Prescribing regulations governing the erection of buildings. 7. Regulating the use of Water supply. 8. Prescribing regulations governing Drainage and Sanitation. 9. Removal of Nightsoil and Rubbish. 10. Prescribing offences likely to create a nuisance. 11. Regulating the storage of Dangerous Goods. 12. Controlling the sale of food. 13. Providing for the licensing of Public Buildings. 14. Providing for the licensing of Billiard Rooms. 15. Providing for the control of the Public Library. 16. Prescribing regulations governing the use of Swimming Baths. 17. Regulating the use of Recreation Grounds by the public. 18. Prescribing genei-al provisions and penalties.
