IN DIVORCE.

At the Palmerston Supreme Court on Saturday, before Mr Justice Reed, Mr Ongley appeared for Frederick Nelson Walls, of Foxton, who asked that his marriage with Olga L. Walls be set aside, desertion being alleged on the part of the respondent. Petitioner stated that he was married to respondent in July, 1903, at Palmerston North, and subsequently they lived together at Foxton, three children being born. In October, 1910, respondent deserted him and had not since returned. Her present whereabouts were unknown. Petitioner’s brother gave evidence in support of the petition. His Honour made the usual order, setting aside the marriage, ticulars see advertisement.
