PROMISED TO MARRY HER.
£2OO FOR AUCKLAND PLAINTIFF. Auckland, Last Night. Damages for £3OO for breach of ■promise to marry were sought in the Supreme Court against David Robertson, a driver, who did not defend the action. It was stated that intimacy had occurred, plaintiff’s future prospects of marriage being seriously prejudiced by her present condition.
