“CUT” CAUSES CRISIS. URGENT MEETING SUMMONED. Wellington, Last Night. An urgent meeting of the executive of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants lias been summoned for Wednesday and Thursday of this week to discuss, the question of differential treatment of the men in the railway service regarding the Public Service “cut.” Feeling in the service is understood to he running high on the subject and the position is considered serious.
