TOLDY RELEASED.
MURDER CHARGE FAILS
Wanganui, Last Night. The trial of Louis Toldy on a charge of the murder of-a Chinaman, Chow Yat, came to a di'amatie conclusion in the Magistrate’s Court 'to-day, Mr -HoUings, *S.M., holding that the Crown had failed to make out a.prima facie case. The accused was released.
