ALL that area in the Wellington Land District comprising portions of the subdivisions of Lower Aorangi No. 2 and No. 3g No. 2 Blocks, stiuated in Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Oroua River and the EoxtonPalmerston North Road and rail - way-line, being the north-western corner of Lower Aorangi No. 2a Block, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction along the southern side of the said road and rail-way-line to the western boundary of a public drain reserve, being the north-eastern corner of Lower Aorangi part Subdivision 3g No. 2a as shown on plan marked No. 4011 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence towards the south-west 'bv the said public drain reserve to the Manawatu River; again towards the south-west generally bj' the Manawatu River to its confluence with the Oroua River; and thence towards the north-east generally by the Oroua River to its intersection with the Foxton-Palmerston North Road and railway-line, the place of commencement.
