TO WIPE OUT ANTECEDENT LIABILITY. Al Inst night’s Borough Council meet big the Mayor said that application- could now bo invited for the £59 debentures-to wipe out the antecedent liability of £l.lOO. The iebenturps are for a period of sevdn years, being six per cent. C'r. Cob y .-kated that me man was "revered to take np'fhe lot. Tt was resolved that applications be advertised to close on Monday, 17llt inst., at noon.
