Messrs Levin and Co, Ltd. have received the following cable from their London agents, dated 28th June, 1922: <f Wool sales have closed at a decline on opening rates. As compared with the closing rates of the May series, best Merinos are unchanged; Fine Crossbreds 46/48’s are Id per lb. lower?-. Medium Crossbreds 44/46’s 14d per lb. lower; Coarse Crossbreds 40/44’s Id per lb. lower; short slipes unchanged'; combing slipes Id per lb. lower. For slipe wools prices are irregular.”
