HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 27th inst., reads: — Manila market firmer early this week. “G” grade, August-Oetober shipments, selling at £34 10s., but later were sold for £34; “H” grade now quoted at £33 10s 0. New Zealand market continues to be dull, and nominal value unchanged, but holders of spot and dock parcels prepared to accept lojwer rate. Small sales reported in highpoints in dock £27, and fair spot at same price.
