Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd. have received the following cable from their London Agents, dated 2nd, May, 1922: — “Woil sales have opened. There is a .large attendance of buyers and competition is keen. As compared with the closing rates of last series, best Merinos are Id per lb. dearer; Average Merinos 2d per lb. dearer; Fine Crossbreds (46/48’s) lid per lb. dearer; Medium Crossbreds (44/4G’s) Id per lb. dearer; Coarse Crossbreds (40/44’s) :id per lb. dearer.”
