WATER IN BUTTER
A GISBORNE CASE. . Gisborne, Last Night. At the Magistrate’s Court, the Okitu Dairy Factory was charged with selling butter containing a greater percentage of water than allowed by the Foods and Drugs Act. ,Mr . m Barton, S.M., said the evidence showed an excess of 1.24. He imposed a penalty of £25.
