GOATSRUE.

G. A. Watt, writing to the Palmerston Times, says:— “My business having taken me a good many trips up and down the Main Trunk this last summer, I have been much interested in witnessing the evolution of a patch of goatsrue in the Rangitikei river-fifed. It. is; close alongside the line, nefer the meat works, and at present is very small, but if not attended to in the near future will thrust itself upon the notice of those most interested in no uncertain manner. Farmers Unions tire generally very keen on showing (by resolutions) how to deal with pretty well all matters from teething babies to international politics. Let us see how they will deal with this (to them) vital matter.”
