X HEREBY give notice that at a Foil of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Foxton, taken on the sth day of April, 1922, on the proposal of the Foxton Borough Council to apply to the Governor-General for an Order-in-Council to declare the Borough of Foxton to he a Fire District within the meaning of the Fire Brigades Act, 1908, and amendments, the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 145, the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 6.
