We regret to chronicle the death of Mrs Patterson, wife of Mr H. C. As a ■member of the Presbyterian Church she was a devoted worker, and gave her services freely to the Sabbath school, Choir and social organisations. The deceased was a daughter ,»f the late Mr F. 11. Revell, and was born at Wellington. Prior to coming to Foxton, deceased resided for several years in Rongotea. She leaves a husband and three daughters to mourn the loss of a devoted wife and affectionate mother. The sisters and brothers of deceased are: —Mesdames M. E. Voss, C. E. White, M. Ronaldson (Palmerston N.), R. Matheson (Taupiri), A. G. Grainger (Otane), IT. N. Rowe (Rongotea), H. N. Silk (Auckland), and Messrs T. A. Revell (Blenheim), F. IT. and R. C. Revell (Hamilton), W. G.
