Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on the Foxton sale on 27th inst: —A fair entry of sheep and a good yarding of cattle came forward. Young steers and fat catlie sold freely, Iml for older steers and bullocks there was no demand. Wo quote: Forward ewes to I3s lOd, Iwo-tooth ewes to 16s 10d, eighteenmonlhs S.II. steers £2 10s, £3, to £3 ss, eighteen-months coloured steers 265, 32 (id, to 39s 6d, forward empty heifers lo £3, forward cows to £4 Bs, fat steers to £5 Is, store cows 25s to. £2, cows, in milk to £lO ss, winter calves £7, to £lO, bulls 10s, Cl. lo 255.
