CROQUET.

The final in the “A” singles tournament was played by Mesdames Brvnnt and Pearson on Tuesday, and created a good deal of interest. At half-time honours were equal, and after a well-contested game Mrs Pearson won by a margin of six points. .Mrs Ball officiated as umpire. The following are the results of twenty-minutes tournaments to date: —Mrs Ball 72 points, Mrs Pearson 68, Mrs Bryant 67, Mrs Perreau 55, Miss B. Speifs 54, Mrs Parkes 51, Mrs Huntley 43, Mrs Owen 31, Mrs Head 30, Mrs Smith 28, Mrs Woods 15, Mrs Gordon 5.
