The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 25th inst., reads: — Manila market dull and unchanged; sellers quote G, 11, and J grades at £3B per ton. New Zealand continues dull; beyond small business at £35 10s per ton for spot high points, demand is absent. MarchMay shipment quoted nominally high-points £35 per ton, fair £33 10s per ton.
