THE WEATHER
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for easterly winds, freshening and backing by east to north. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Heavy raip is to be expected. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas considerable, tides poor. .
