Applications are invited by the Foxton Racing Clnb for positions of gate-keepers, attendants, etc. A shop day will be held at the local seaside on Friday afternoon n cxt, in aid of the local Plunket Society’s funds. Gifts may be left at* the Plunket room, Clyde Street, on Thursday, and up to 3 p.m. on FrL day,
