RAILWAY MISHAP.
ON LYTTELTON WHARF. Christchurch, Last Night. A railway mishap occurred at the Lyttelton wharf to-night, the escape from a more serious disaster being miraculous. As the South express was going on to the ferry wharf, with passengers for the outgoing Maori, something happened at the points, and the ladies’ cap-age was derailed and overturned. There were only a few women passengers, and they luckily escaped with a shaking.
