Op.), or thereabouts, being the Allotments Numbered 20, 27 and 28, on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office, Wellington, as Number 0, being part of Section 87, on the Public Map of Foxton, and all the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 42, Folio 68, ‘together with the buildings thereon erected, situated between Russell and Park Streets, in the Township of Foxton, WILL BE OFFERED FOR SALE at the suit of the Plaintiff, the execution creditor in the above action, by public auction, bv Mounsey and Co., at their rooms, Nve’s Yard, Foxton, on Monday, the 23rd day of January, 1922, at 12 o’clock noon, unless the said Writ shall be sooner satisfied.
