The old gentleman enters, depositing two sacks, and departing silently, when Dulcie jumps from bed, secures some toys from one of the sacks, and after playing with them falls asleep to dream the happy dreams of childhood at this loveliest season of all the year. From the other sack there now steps a good fairy, whose magio y-and calls forth (lolliwog, Teddy Bear, Dolly, Tin Soldier, Jack-in-the-Box, and other toys, to dance and caper in front of the dreaming Dulcie.
