CLAIM FOR WAGES.

At tjie local Police Court on Friday, before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., C. A. Phillips (Mr Merton) claimed £7 wages and expenses from W. Derbies, in reference to work done in connection with the removal of a building from the Beach to Foxton. After bearing lengthy evidence in connection with a partnership arrangement which resulted in disagreement and dissolution, the Magistrate gave judgment for plaintiff for £3 Ids od, with costs £3 6s Bd.
