THE MARVELLOUS HOWARDS.
At the Town Halt to-night, the Marvellous and Mysterious Howards will make their first appearance in this town. There i.- no doubt thiit the audience will be mystified by the extraordinary performance of the Howards, mental telepathists, who would undoubtedly. have been burnt at the stale as wizards had they lived tt few hundred years earlier. Mr Janies Howard descends among the audience and asks anyone who pleases to think or show him anything he likes, a coin, letter, or eourio of any description. Madame Howard, who stands blindfolded on the plage, describes with the greatest, accuracy the object in question. liw-ertnm turns not a word is exchanged between the two, and ope can only shake one’s head bewildering!y and thank heaven for an easy conscience. It is a remarkable demonstration of a mysterious nature, and the ability of the lady on the stage to tell instantly the articles taken by her assistants from individuals fills the spectators with wonder, ft really seems as if the performers have the aid of some occult influence. There will also lie the Irish romantic picture-play, “Slminus O'Brien,” and in addition Dir George C. Dean, the popular vocal comedian and entertainer, will he seen in his great monologue, “Sense Versus Nonsense,” as given by him over 1,000 times. Prices Is Id and Is 7d.
