SERIOUS CHARGE AT CHRIST-
CHURCH

At the Magistrate’s Court, Oscar Trice, twenty-six, was charged with having attempted to discharge a loaded "-nn at Albert Newton, his employer, and Annie Duncan, a fel-low-employee, at Kailuna, on October ,22nd. He pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial at the Supreme Court.
