Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd., have received the following cable from their London agents, dated 15th September, 1921: — “Wool sales have closed linn. As compared with the opening sales of the September series, the closing snlcs show merinos Ad per 11). dearer, lino crossbreds and medium crossbreds Ad per lb. denrer, coarse ei ossbreds ] d per lb. dearer. The following are some of the prices realised: — ‘Claremont, ’ Martinborongh, 42 bales crossbred, Ggcl per lb.; ‘IIF/PB,” Masterton, 15 bales crossbred, 5Jd per lb.; ‘GSB/00, Mastcrloir, 13 bales crossbred, sjd per lb.; ‘J4/L,’ Feilding, 11 bales crossbred, 5 15-lfid. per lb.
