“THE MYSTIC MIRROR.”
On Friday next, in the Town Hall, a juvenile opera in three entrancing acts, “The Mystic Mirror,” produced by Palmerston talent in aid of All Saints Children’s Home, will be staged. The Palmerston Standard, commenting on the performance in Palmerston N. recently says: —The entertainment was said by many to be the best yet given by children on a Palmerston North stage, and, whilst it is difficult to make a comparative statement of this kind with any degree of certainty, it must be .conceded that the large chorus, dancing girls, fairies and imps, who make the background for the action of the principles, were all trained so well that.faults were scarcely apparent. The principals acted and saijg with ease and confidence. The prices will be 3s, 2s and Is. The box plan is now open at Heath’s.
