MANAWATU LICENSING COMMITTEE.
QUARTERLY MEETING,
The quartei’lv meeting of the Manawntu Licensing Committee was held at Foxton yesterday, Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., presiding. TRANSFERS.
Applications were granted for transfers of the Ben Nevis Hotel, Turakina, to Mr W. Sausscy; Railway Hotel, Turakina, to Mr E. C. Edmonds; Manawatu Hotel, Foxton, to Mr H. D. Mclver. LEAVE OF ABSENCE. Air W. Kirkland, Whyte’s Hotel, Foxton, was granted two months’ leave of absence from September 7th, 1921.
The police reports in all cases were favourable.
