HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 13th instant, reads: — Manila market quiet and steady, August-Ootober shipment sold £3B 10s, and July-Sept-ember shipments quoted at same price.
New Zealand market steady, but business restricted on account of high price asked in Dominion; quotations unchanged, probable buyers ligh points about £36 10s, fair £34.
