CAR CRASHES THROUGH
BRIDGE,

When Leonard Hardcastle. taxi driver, was driving a party along the Kara mu road, he took too wide a sweep when approaching a bridge, with the result that the ear crashed through the rail, fell fifteen feet into the water, and overturned. A passenger, Ivan Watters, rescued the driver, and a lady passenger. No trace, liowever, was found of Hardcastle’s two-year-old child. Apparently it floated down the river and was drowned.
