The story of “The Servant Question,” to be shown to-night, is replete with novelty and original situations, There is a Count, who is a card-sharper as well as a notorious diamond thief. Harry Butler, played by Mr Collier, runs foul of the Count’s little game, and plays an even deeper game himself, picking up “some change” himself by acting as servant; to say nothing of catching up with romance. The picture is splendidly directed with many beautiful settings and a strong cast.' As an extra, “The Silent Avenger” will be shown. For Friday evening, and Saturday matinee, “The Blue Pearl” will be the main attraction. People who like a mystery story with plenty of thrill and excitement will not he disappointed in “The Blue Pearl.” The appearance, disappearance and reappearance of a stolen gem gives rise to some many-sided situations. There are crooks mingling with respectable society folk, husbands and wives engaged in mutual trickery, a detective who traces the crime hack to the woman he loves, a hypnotist who unwittingly sets the stage for the theft, a hpst of complications, all logically worked out to a splendid climax.
