In the Magistrate’s Court to-dify, before Mr J. S. Evans, S.M., Trevor Aurwood Carrgill, accountant, was 'barged on three separate infonna- ; ions with having received sums 'mounting in all to £622, on behalf .£ the Union Bank of Australia, Neluni, and fraudulently omitted to account for them.
Mr Harley, for the accused, asked hat the case should be gone on with. He was informed that accus'd was prepared to plead guilty. A remand was granted till Monday afternoon. Bail, which was forthcoming immediately, was granted in one surety of £6OO, or three of £2OO. .
