S.M. COURT.

CIVIL CARER

At the local sitting of the S.M. Court yesterday, before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., judgment was entered up for plaintiffs in the following cases: —

John T. Follas (Mr Bergin) v. K, McKenzie, 'claim £22 Is, costs £3 Os; Patrick Spelmau (Mr Bergin) v. J. Kennedy, claim £8 15s for rent due, and possession of premises. Order for possession on or before 24th June, if rent not paid by that 'date, and judgment for amount claimed and costs £2 Is. A. Oliver v. A. Morgan, claim £5 Is- lOd, costs £1 10s Od. Clms. E. Alarnll (Mr Bergin) v. E. Harrison, claim £9 10s Od, costs £1 10,s Od;; Barr and Tver (Mr Bergin) v. E. Harrison, £7 Os 9d, costs £1 10s Od; A. Oliver (Mr Bergin) v. W. Robinson, £5 15s Od, costs £1 12s fid.

In the judgment summons D. W. Robertson and Co., Ltd., (Mr Bergin) v. Win, Healey, £0 0s 2d, order for judgment forthwith, in default, seven days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as debtor pays £1 a month, first payment to be made on July 10th, 1021; costs 15s Od. In the case R. Prouse (Levin) (Mr Bergin) v. A. Oxenham, a claim of £l4 0s Od, an order for payment was made within fourteen days, in default 14 days' imprisonment.
