NOTICE is hereby given that this Board intends, at a meeting to be held at the Office of the Board, on SATURDAY, June 25th, 1921, to make and levy, under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1908,’’ and “The Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1908,” and any amendments thereto, a General Rate of nine-sixteen-ths of a penny in the £ upon the rateable (Unimproved) value of all rateable properties appearing in the I Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage, District, and to collect one farthing in the £ (being a portion of the Special Rate of 3d in the £) on the Unimproved Value of all properties in the Special Rating District. Such Rates to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1921, and ending 31st March, 1922, and to be due and payable in one sum at the Office of the Board on the 11th July, 1921.
