JEAN LE ROI, “THE WIZARD.”

Jean Le Roi, who is billed to appear at the Royal Theatre to-mor-row and Thursday evening', and also at Matinee to-morrow afternoon, is said to be one of the clearest entertainers who has ever visited the Dominion. His magical novelties are of outstanding merit, and are all new to the country. “The Flags of the Allies,” a production of hundreds of flags, is a sight not to be missed, whilst the “Great Indian Turban Illusion,” a most sensational act, is claimed to be the most famous illusion presented from the magical world. As a card and coin manipulator, Le Roi is reckoned to have no equal. His stories and witty remarks are typical of a man who is original in all lie does and says on the stage. Le Roi is a masterful and mysterious performer, with an inborn faculty to dispel gloom. He stands alone as pre-em-inent in the world of magic without apparatus, confederates or assistants. Tie works his mysterious and uncanny illusions, depending on his own dexterity for carrying out each ad. Le Roi'.-. “The Master Mind” is a thought-reader extraordinary, from him no secret is hidden. Ah who see him will appreciate his entertainment as presented, and a treat is in store, such as never presented in this town before. In conjunction with Le Roy there will be tt special supporting picture programme each evening. On Wednesday Enid Bennett, the popular actress, will appear in “The False Road,” one of this young lady's best, to dale, and on Thursday Owen Moore, in “A Desperate Hero,” will lie presented in one of his dashing and entertaining dims. As an extra the commencement of the new serial, “The Silent Avenger," featuring Willing Duncan, will be shown.
