CROQUET.
The annual meeting of the Levin Croquet Club was hold mi Saturday. The balance-sheet disclosed a credit balance of £9O 16s 2d. Arrangements were made for holding euchre parties during the winter months, also for a shop day, to be held early in June, to further benefit the club’s funds. The election 6f officers resulted as follows:-President, Mrs Kirk; vice-presidents, Mesdames Pollock and Nicholson; lion, secretary, Mrs Pink; management committee, Mesdames Keedwell, Frost, •Reading, Plaster, Tubman, Miss Whitaker, and also the President, Vice-presidents and Secretary, ex officio; handicap committee, Mrs Kirk, Mrs Pink, Mrs Nicholson, Mrs Pollock and Miss Whitaker; tea committee, Mrs Pollock, Mrs lullman and Mrs Percy.
