Act, 1909,” and Sections 48 to 55 of “The Rating Act, 1908,” the Foxtail borough Council makes and levies a General Rate of three pence and seventeen-thirty-seconds penny in the £, a Library Rate of oneeighth penny in the £, and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of thirteen-thirtyseeonds penny in the .C on the Unimproved Value of all the rateable properties in the Boi rough of Foxton, and also a Sanitation fee of seventeen shillings per pan on all house property in the night soil area.
