TO-NIGHT. If > bright individual singing, hacked by a strong chorus and orchestra, and clever dancing and magnificent dresses arc essential parts of a successful revue, then “The Girl Behind the Powder,” at the Town Hail to-night, must he a huge success. In the unfolding of the story several comedians have ample scope for most diverting comedy work. Many pretty young ladies, including Miss Felling, whose rich contralto it is a pleasure to hear, are involved in the story. Miss Cicely’ Tabor and her ballets present the latest in dances, all these principals being ably supported by a well-trained chorus of 50 voices and an orchestra of 12 performers. The ukelele hand and Hawaian ballet is a novelty item. Don’t forget, the complete company of close on 100 performers will appear to-night. Prices, 4s, 3s and 2s, plus tax, children half-price.
