WELLINGTON WOMAN’S DEATH Wellington, April 1. At the inquest regarding the death of Mrs Daisy Maud Mountlord, who died from injuries received by a fall or jump from a tramcar, the Coroner said it had not been shown clearly how she met her death, and he returned a verdict I hat she died of injuries received through being accidentally run over by a tramcar. Ample evidence had been given, said the Coroner, that expedition had been shown by the Irani officials in extricating the woman from underneath the car.
ELDERLY FOREIGNER’S DEATH Hastings, April 1. Joseph Paul Raynie, aged 65 years, was found dead in bed in a whare last night. He was a Frenchman or a Belgian, and lived aInne. A neighbour grew anxious,* and looked through a window, and saw- him lying on his bed, having apparently died in his sleep.
