MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
GET ON THE ROLL.
Ratepayers and residents possessing the necessary qualifications should see to it that their names are on the roll. The qualifications for a burgess to vote are a resident of 12 months in New Zealand and •> months in Foxton, and that he or she be 21 years of age or over, On election day many people find that; they are not on the roll, and blame the municipal authorities for this. If a voter is not on the roll the fault lies solely with that person, and not the Town Clerk.
