The Government Meteorologist tv ires as follows : Indications arc for northerly winds, moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions, with increasing haze and cloudiness for an unfavourable change, chiefly affecting the North Island. At the beginning of the week the'barometer will fall. Seas moderate, tides low.
