UNLICENSED GUNMAN
Wellington, Last Night.
As the result of an altercation on the water front, Edward Turner, second engineer of the Bellbuckle, was arrested and charged with carrying a_ revolver without a license. It is alleged that accused drew a loaded revolver and Tired a bullet into the wharf decking.
